This is a little blog about a lovely adventure. There are many kinds of adventures, some big and small. This particular adventure arrives on my doorstep every week and challenges me to think about the role fruits and vegetables play in my life and my community. As a rule, I’m not a fan of surprises, but I let my wonderful veg box company surprise me every week with what they think is great at the moment. Sometimes I get things I’ve never used before or never seen before, and sometimes I’m reunited with some old favourites. Most of what I cook isn’t terribly hard and doesn’t require a lot of flashy equipment. When I can, I try to include British and North American instructions. And this blog is pitched at people like me: lazy, creative, and hungry.
