broccoli, broad beans, and rice

I had some broccoli and broad beans in my veg box this week so I thought I would try a brown rice salad bowl I saw on Smitten Kitchen. It has an absolutely delicious tahini, miso, ginger dressing that I jazzed up with a teaspoon gouchujang and splash of fresh orange juice (from the oranges in my box). This isn’t the prettiest photo (the original recipe has a very pretty one), but makes a really nice lunch salad you can add just about anything to. I will add some grated carrots, nuts and seeds next time, but it is a great place for bits and bobs of leftovers to land. Here is the recipe:
