
I’ve made this before, but since I’m on a Mera Sodha kick, I’ll post today’s picture of masala baked beans on toast. It is a fine fine way to jazz up a tin of tired baked beans with a few pantry spices, tomato paste, a veg box onion, and some green chillies and garlic. The chutney is a simple whiz of coriander, lemon, peanuts, green chillies, oil, salt, and water in a food processor. This would also be delicious if you want a more exciting addition to your full English! Here is the link to her recipe:
