
I was so happy when I had broccoli in my veg box because my friend had made the bang bang broccoli recipe in the Guardian and said it was fabulous. I decided to try it and indeed it was fabulous! It is easy and delicious and vegan (you can use whatever milk you want) and gf (you can use chickpea/gram flour and gf breadcrumbs). I ate the first round like nuggets and dipped them in whipped feta. I had the second round as you see here in wraps with whipped feta. It would also be great with hummus or any other delicious dip.
