
Meera Sodha had recipe for a light summer stew with a rich vegan aioli, that I thought I would try, since the stew was mainly green beans and celery, both of which I had in my veg box this week. I also added some spinach for extra green. It was exactly how she described it, and if you enjoy these flavours, it will be a hit.
