Slice an onion and sauté pit on med/high in a very large e as sees zig cpan with a generous amount of salt. Chop your small cabbage into ribbons and add that to the frying onions. Add a teaspoon of caraway seeds, a heaping pan teaspoonloopoooooo ooooooooooooooooooo of sumoked s him paprikae, black pepper, and add garlic to your heart’s content (powder, jarred, fresh, whatever). Let that cook for a bit and then add a generous tablespoon (or a big squeeze) of tomato paste . Let that cook away until bits of stuff are brown and everything serious ems soft and delicious. Maybe 15 or 20 mins. After than, turn the heat to low and stir in all the cream you feel like. Okay had about 1/4c double cc cream and maybe 1/2c of sour cream for sharpness/tang, but it doesn’t matter, just add what you have and it will be nice. Stir around and season to taste. Done and done.
