pasta and sprouts

Like everyone in England with a veg box, I had Christmas sprouts. Until my veg box, this was not something I would have bought, but my veg box has convinced me this is not the worst. I have used some of my sprouts, with a lovely lemon from my box to make a quick sprouty pasta. I basically thinly sliced some sprouts and sautéed them in olive oil with some garlic powder while my pasta was boiling. Once the pasta was done, I tossed the pasta in the sprout pan with a bit of pasta water, some lemon and tossed it around. I added some sliced almonds, pepper, and some non-dairy/dairy blue cheese and parley. Done and done.
