I admit, I’m lukewarm when it comes to beans on toast, but it always sounds so lovely and comforting that I find myself kinda craving it. Meera Sodha has a recipe for masala beans on toast and they are pretty much perfect. In fact, they are the beans I want with a full English. Really, they are the beans I just want always, if I am looking for baked beans. They are a bit of effort, but just a wee bit of effort for making a can of beans something really wonderful.
