pears, oranges, and coconut whip

Just a simple little veg box breakfast. I was thinking of making a smoothie, but decided on just a minimalist fruit salad of gorgeous pears and freshly squeezed blood orange juice instead. This is topped with a bit of coconut whipped cream, which is made by just whipping some cold coconut cream (which I can get in a small can, so none of the faff of having to separate it in the big can of coconut milk). This would also be nice with yogurt, but I felt like a bit luscious coconut whip cream. It would also probably be nice as a smoothie, but I wanted to really appreciate the individual flavours.
