baked radishes

This week I had the biggest radishes I’d ever seen in my veg box.

I wasn’t sure what you even do with big radishes. So I figured I would chop them and roast them with a bit of oil, honey, salt, and pepper at 200C/400F for about 15 mins. Turns out that is a completely marvellous thing to do. You should try it.
