sandwiches for tea

This week I had loads of beautiful colours in my veg box, so I decided to try out a new spice blend and make a pretty sandwich. This is berbered spiced sautéed chard, a mix of fried peppers, onions, and zucchini/courgette, and some hummus on sourdough. I need to work on my knife skills though. This is some impressively bad bread slicing.
