Easy pantry dinner when you don’t have much around except cherry tomatoes. Baked tomatoes with a hefty glug of olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon pepper, Aleppo pepper, dried basil, dried oregano, nutritional yeast, bread crumbs. Stick in a hot oven (200C/400F) for about 20-25 mins. Stir and mash up the mess of tomatoes, add lemon juice, cooked pasta and a bit of pasta water. Surprisingly good!
