
Smitten Kitchen was right, this is a horror on the outside, but heaven on the inside. I had some last legs raspberries in my veg box to eat, so I figured I’d try this. This photo is equal parts raspberries mixed with crème fraîche (or you could use sour cream, or thick Greek yogurt, or whatever kinda plant-based yogurt floats your boat), topped with a bunch of brown sugar, and put under the broiler until the sugar is caramelised. It is a whole lotta good for 3 ingredients and maybe 7 minutes work and cook. The top is like delicious candy. Yum. This is best, visually, eaten immediately. The leftovers taste really great, but they look so bad. I mean really bad. Like you might have to wear a blindfold bad.
